Zoë is in such a cute stage right now, she points at everything and says sah sah (which I think means what is this), she loves hearing about what everything is. She's going to be such a good big sister as she always kisses and hugs her doll, pushes it around in the stroller and grocery cart and gives her baby her bottle to drink from. She has a very nurturing side, Lee and Zoë got there flu shots the other day and she made sure to give daddy a kiss and hug after he was done to make him feel better without him asking for it.
Zoë always says amen (her version of amen is meh)after her prayer doll. Zoë all bundled up for the Edmonton winter Zoë was so happy to get her nutella sandwich from daddy for breakfast Whenever I am trying to take a picture of Zoë she has to come up as close as she can to the camera and smile because she loves to look at herself after the picture has been taken.
My mother and I were chillin' at home for the evening as all the boys went to a movie, so I decided to go relax for a bit in the hot tub alone. As I was outside I heard some leaves crunching and I automatically pushed aside stalker thoughts and other such things and decided it was the wind making them crunch. As I was looking around I noticed in my dads crab apple tree a large black spot. When I got closer I noticed it was a large porcupine, and then noticed a second one starting to go in the tree as well. I always thought porcupines were little small things fitting in your palm, but these are between the height of my knees to my waist. Here are some pictures my brother Ryan took of them, there's actually 3 of them that come in the evenings.
Zoë sure caught on quick on the whole trick or treating. She would stand at the door till they gave her twice as many candy as everybody else and then go to the next. She would not let anyone try to take her pumpkin that held the candy in away from her. She went out for 2 1/2 hours! Zoë's cousins Tighe and Dominique, also known as Harry Potter and Tigger with my monkey. 1/5th of Zoë's candy cousin Jayden showing off her candy she got as well.
We didn't go through the actual corn maze as it takes average 1-2 hours to complete but there were numerous other activities to do. Zoë was not scared at all going through the haunted house, such a brave girl! Zoë loved running through the minimaze Zoë and I on the wagon ride Zoë loved going through the petting zoo and petting the goats and sheep.
