Reptiles

We went to a reptile exhibit the other day (not my idea). Of course both my kids loved it as they are not scared of any animals. Dreyton LOVED the gecko's, constantly trying to get his hands on one.

  1. Guess what Kristy is getting for Christmas! (Lee said boys' mothers aren't supposed to have a good relationship with their daughters in law anyway.)

Grandma Debbi - hide that attitude or we'll take you next year! How can you resist going to the Ogden Legion! (We went thru the back so you can't use the booze as an excuse).

Kristy, how come you didn't mention the blue tongued skink or the frilled dragon or the turtles or.........(I'm being kind & leaving out the insects & arachnids!)

  2. HaHa! K, you'll have to speak to your mother about this aversion to geckos or anything resembling one. I recall some years back in a lovely condo in Kauai, when your poor father (and your poorer grandmother) had to respond to very loud and continuous screams, brought on by the sudden appearance of a sweet little gecko on the wall above the bed. This small harmless crittur had to be captured and released to the wild to escape the screams, which only intensified as the chase went on. Major problem here....now, Zoe would've climbed the wall and retrieved Geck for her own family pet.
