Playing dress-up after the party. She got so spoiled with all her presents.
She had a bug theme party, butterflies, ladybugs, and any bug that you would normally find in the backyard. It worked well as we had different ages of children and boys and girls.
My sister-in-law Jenn and I made a butterfly cake and ladybug cupcakes. Jenn didn't know too much about decorating but she learned quick and was a huge help.
At midnight the night before, almost done.
We decided to jump in the lake after the party and cool down, it was DEFINITELY cool.
and a little slimy.. eww.
What a fun birthday that was! Totally worth driving the 6 hours from the cabin for and now I get to turn around and drive to saltlake and back this week. There must be somewhere i need to drive to for next week??? Ill think of something.
ReplyDeleteOK DEB, DRIVE TO MAGRATH! How's that? Belated HB to our new THREE YEAR OLD! How neat is that...it's been three years already, incredible, time flies so fast. Cakes look lovely, both little and big one. Great pics....how's Drey, did you find out about the stupid allergy?

ReplyDeleteI put some more pics and a comment on Dreytons allergy post. He got it a second time and so i brought him to the doctors again and they said they would refer him to an allergy specialist. might take a few mos or longer so we'll see. I am assuming its from mosquitoes but i guess we'll see if it shows up again. He's doing alot better though, its all gone now.
